Has anyone heard of putting Vicks VapoRub on the bottom of your feet when you have a cold, before bed......? - vicks on bottom of feet
then wear warm socks and must not cough all night. I did last night and I think it worked!

we use in order to be placed in the chest. but I suppose it would work.
