What to do about Rude gossiping co-workers? - self storage jobs

A recently completed a job as a self-storage manager took one of my former employer competitors.I leave my last job because he did not accommodate my request for payment. The installation I saw was # 1 in the region and I'm still working in the same region as an employer. Needless to say, that the sign-on bonus was beautiful. But that is the problem, my employer has several facilities, and I am of PPL who once coached my competitors. There is a negative mood in the air. I heard the rumors about what I pay them to be jealous that I have the weekend off and other benefits that I am accepting that job.At first Could not Care Less, but reaches into my learning my new job. There are things I do not think delibratly teach me fail to see me. I can not believe the negativity I've now PPL I do not know. I know about myself is that I have achieved more, save more profitable in the region, and we would be pleased that someone so productive, how I am on the computer.

Tell your old job forever.

I know what that means, but. Just do your job to the best of their ability, all knowledge, to have that, and if you have any doubts, talk to your supervisor or neutral to the next. Sometimes the people who are not significant, but does his job anyway.

How do I know how much you paying? "It sounds as if there is no privacy when it should be.

Try to ignore the talk about the jealousy. Advanced Sounds like a lot of people with the mentality of students, was how it was. Like no, that's their problem.

Documenting what you think you are trained to do, and take to your superiors. Cover up. Do not let them take over the leadership you.

Good luck

Speaking about the advantages of each, or bonds, is a cause for dismissal in most companies. There is something to be extremely confidential between you and your employees.

If I were you I would send a letter or e-mail, and Director of Human Resources and they know what is being discussed.

The best thing to do is not participate, your work and return home at the end of the day.
