My friend and I go to a wedding, the bride asked me what was the dress formally? She said yes, then he said that "The reception in my house, friendly and family-is" Am I confused or is it?

I always dress I went to church to go to weddings. I discovered over the years, a sun terrace dress for girls and shirt and tie for boys equipment is relatively common these days for these events.
